LightLab Sweden has signed a letter of intent with SAES Getters S.p.A. (SAES).
This letter of intent follows on the earlier time-limited cooperation agreement, under which the parties until 31 August 2019 have evaluated the future potential of LightLab's products for UV disinfection and the possibilities for a long-term closer cooperation between the companies.
According to the signed letter of intent, the parties will now until 31 July 2020 continue discussions on possible collaborations within development, production, sales and marketing of UV chips for disinfection of water, air, surfaces and food.
